Brake product that does not work as advertised and non-existent support with a worthless 60 day money back guarantee.

Terrible service. Even though ST2's website promises all emails are answered within 24 hours (see st2-contact details"We respond to all messages in less than 24 hours, including weekends." ), I sent three emails asking for assistance in the week after having the system fitted by a qualified auto-electrician. The system was not working as advertised, and to date, still no reply.

I'm very disappointed with my ST2 Systems Brake Module. The first one I received just flashed randomly when braking, accelerating, or just in the cruise. I contacted ST2 Systems by email, and after some discussion, they sent a replacement, which took a long time in the mail. I fitted it, and it was exactly the same as the first! Just flashing randomly all the time. I tried many angles and installation points. For me, this thing is just a piece of junk. Their tech people tell me that this is the MK3 version, which is only installed logo up, and will blink on light deceleration and come on steady with a heavy decel. Well, it doesn't! In my opinion, ST2 Systems should spend more money getting the product to a consistent standard, than on their slick marketing. In their defence, they did answer my emails (eventually) and they did send a replacement, but what's the point if the thing just doesn't work?

Very disappointing. Fitted it as per manufacturer’s instructions. Brake light flickers intermittently at idle on a perfectly flat surface. Rev the engine up and the brake light comes on! Rubbish product - the fact that it comes with Zip Ties to fit it to your machine is a giveaway that this product is dodgy.

Scam warning! Don’t buy!!! ST2 say there is a lifetime warranty plus a 60 day money back guarantee but just try to contact them. They will totally ignore you!! If you don’t believe me send them a message using their on-line form. If they respond then I would be very surprised as I sent them more than 20 messages over 3 months and had not one reply..

The ST2 brake module is complete rubbish and I’d give no stars if possible. Despite being fitted correctly, it is impossible to make work properly and even flashes the brake lights when accelerating. Unhelpful aftersales and marking return under their 60 day return policy expensive and difficult by insisting g on tracked delivery to Eastern Europe. Awful product. Awful company. PayPal should resolve this for me

Company said Free Shipping however it ended up costing me $30 for shipping. Could not get it hooked up to my Boulevard even tho they said that is the easiest bike to wire it too. I have been a mechanic 30+ years however I brought it into my motorcycle mechanic and had him try to hook it up and he couldn't do it either. I've emailed the company several times about this and never heard anything back it is now sitting on my bench collecting dust.

I ordered their product and never received it. I emailed them and they did respond saying the product was shipped and they said they would ship another product and I never received that one either. They never responded to any of my future emails since. They are totally silent and I never got my money back.
