They sell broken equipment at auction
They hold weekly auctions and list expensive items for sale that they know are not functioning, but do not disclose this. Their descriptions intentionally leave out known issues that render the equipment useless without spending a lot of money to repair. Sad that a company that does this much business stoops to this level to profit off deception. If you bring up the problems, their excuse is that it is sold "as-is" and they have no responsibility. Well, you do have a responsibility to be honest, not deceptive!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback—we understand how frustrating it can be if an item doesn’t meet expectations. We want to clarify that our auctions primarily feature used equipment that is sold “as-is, where-is,” which is clearly stated in both our listings and our Terms & Conditions. Because these items come from a variety of sources, their condition can vary, and we strongly encourage all bidders to review available descriptions, photos, and to reach out with any questions or arrange inspections prior to purchase whenever possible. That said, we take concerns about listing accuracy seriously. Our goal is always to provide as much relevant information as we have available at the time of sale. If there are specific details you believe were missing or unclear on a particular item, we would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to review that feedback and address it directly. We also offer alternative purchasing options, including tested or refurbished equipment with warranties, for customers seeking additional assurance. If you had a specific experience with us, we encourage you to contact our team directly so we can look into it further and assist where possible. Your feedback is important to us, and we are continuously working to improve transparency and the overall customer experience.
