They hold weekly auctions and list expensive items for sale that they know are not functioning, but do not disclose this. Their descriptions intentionally leave out known issues that render the equipment useless without spending a lot of money to repair. Sad that a company that does this much business stoops to this level to profit off deception. If you bring up the problems, their excuse is that it is sold "as-is" and they have no responsibility. Well, you do have a responsibility to be honest, not deceptive!

Surplus Solutions LLC in Murrieta engages in deliberate and systematic fraud. I consigned equipment to the company, after which they reported grossly undervalued sale prices that bore no resemblance to actual market value. Multiple current and former employees have confirmed, on an off-the-record basis, that this is standard company practice: intentionally lowballing reported sales, retaining the balance of proceeds, and reselling the same equipment without the consignor’s knowledge or consent. I possess extensive documentation supporting these allegations, including internal communications and records that clearly demonstrate the pattern of deception. The company is also experiencing significant internal turmoil at the upper management level, which appears to have contributed to these unethical practices. A formal complaint has been filed with the California Attorney General’s Office, and further legal action is forthcoming. I strongly recommend that no individual or business consign equipment or conduct any transactions with Surplus Solutions LLC.

they claim to be about ownership but not one of them take ownership of their actions and how they treat employees. they set people up for failure. If you are not Anthony, Max, Dave, Carl, then you mean nothing to them. The owners of the company will never have your back they stick up for the GC's only. And you have meetings like crazy that you do not have time to actually do your job. Be careful when you apply for a job. Just know you don't matter to the company.

I recently purchased equipment from SSLLC and had a great experience from start to finish. The process was smooth, communication was clear, and everything arrived exactly as described. I truly appreciate their professionalism and reliability. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking high-quality equipment and trustworthy service.

My experience with Surplus Solutions LLC was extremely negative and concerning. I was the victim of a sophisticated scam involving a fake email posing as an SSLLC employee. The impersonator contacted me after I submitted a quote request, and had access to private company information, including exact equipment pricing and current invoice numbers -- not publicly available details. Additionally, their auction practices are unethical. They bid on their own items to manipulate prices, effectively creating hidden and shifting reserve prices. When registering for an auction, they ask for your budget, which they seemingly use to push the bid up to your spending limit. Don't be surprised when items you were outbid on reappear in later auctions. This is deceptive, anti-consumer behavior. In my view, this is a dishonest company that tolerates fraud and exploits its customers. I strongly advise against doing any business with Surplus Solutions LLC.
