Customer service is very poor. They charged me for 2 squishables and mailed me 2, even though I only ordered 1. When I explained the situation, they basically said I must have ordered 2, there's no way they made an error on their part, and I am responsible for the cost of shipping 1 of them back to them if I want a refund. When I expressed my disappointment in that, all they said was "I'm sorry you feel that way". Very frustrating that I had to pay for their error.

I ordered a birthday gift from Squishable almost 2 weeks ago and the order still hasn’t shipped. I emailed customer service last week to ask where it is and nobody bothered to write back, despite the website stating that someone will reply within 2-3 business days. There’s no number to call! Now the birthday has gone by and still no sign of the package. My order was in stock and to be shipped from a US warehouse why does it take so long? I’ve been charged for the order 2 weeks ago and they have my money! I’m ready to talk to the CC company to declare fraud at this point if I don’t see the package within a week or the Company reply with an explanation. Never again!!

I preordered the Plague Doctor plushie. The plushie was soft, the size I expected, arrived within the shipping estimate and glowed in the dark. I like they have pictures on the website of someone holding the plushie so you have an idea what size it is. Good price for good value.

They always have sales. Between me and my daughter we have 33 squishables and didn’t pay full price for any of them. They are all so cute and so soft to cuddle. They have such great original designs that are so creative and cool. I’ve only ever had one issue, we ordered a bunch on the squish a versary sale. They all came quickly and were epic in softness and adorableness. One came smelling weird so I emailed customer service. They asked me to send it back and asked if I wanted a new one or to have the money credited back. I asked for the refund and they processed it quickly Their designs are amazing. The squish are super soft and snuggly. They have some kind of sale almost every day. Can not recommend them enough.

My package was never delivered. Reached out to Fed ex, who said I needed to reach out to Squishables to file a claim. I've sent three customer service inquiries and an email over the last week but still have not heard back. I more than likely won't order from here again even if they do have really cute stuff.

But seeing the other review below about package delivery I'm wondering if the same issue happened and it was delivered to the wrong address. At this point I just want to be reimbursed. Im guessing this is the unorganized problem everyone else has had as well.

Every order I’ve had at on this website (which were many) was fulfilled quickly. The customer service was very polite and answered all of my questions. The people there are very genuine.

Ho visto le foto online di alcuni utenti che avevano comprato il Plague doctor da Squishable, e trovandolo carino, ho deciso di ordinarlo. Era un preordine, quindi ho atteso mesi prima che fosse finalmente pronto. Mi arriva quindi la mail di conferma spedizione, con il link del tracciamento che non funziona. Aspetto qualche giorno ma niente, continua a non funzionare. Gli scrivo su Twitter e passano due giorni almeno prima che mi rispondano, sempre tutti allegri come se niente fosse, come se io non mi stessi preoccupando della possibile fregatura. Quindi invio una mail, e anche lì mi rispondono dopo due giorni abbondanti, dicendo che hanno sbagliato loro il link, senza mandarmene uno nuovo, ma dicendo il nome del corriere e che tanto ci avrebbe messo un mese ad arrivare. Poco professionale, ma almeno funziona. Il pacco arriva esattamente un mese dopo, non un giorno di più, non uno di meno, ma l'etichetta esterna proviene dalla Cina con tappa intermedia in Svezia. E il valore dell'oggetto è 6,50, quando io l'ho pagato più del doppio. Ci sono rimasta molto male. Il peluche è carino, ma ha perso subito qualche ciocca di pelo. Non ordinerò più.
