I have placed orders with this company twice now. And whilst I do expect some delay with international orders this company really does take that to the extreme. Original order did show after a few months, so i do remain hopeful about the current order, although they apparently had to resend it and I'm unable to track. Plush are of good quality, though, and reasonably priced if nothing else

Was told my order was shipped 8 days ago but my tracking isn’t working. I’ve emailed four times, messaged on Facebook and commented on a post about it with nothing back. If I ever get my plague doctor I won’t be getting the nurse. Which is saddening because I was very interested in getting her too but seeing as this is how they treat their customers. I’m pressed.

Shipping was extremely slow (ordered November 2 and got it yesterday January 14), tracking was basically non-existent. The first time I ordered said plush it didn't go through yet I got an email for a receipt confirming it. Prices are meh. Also why can't you leave a review on the website??

The only reason im giving them two stars is because they do reply fairly quickly. I ordered two mini plague doctors...preordered actually, in MAY. I have not recieved them yet. Why? Because they put the wrong address on the package. I'm fairly patient and was like, okay, no problem, here is the right address. They sent it to the wrong address again, even after a cordial back and forth between myself and their "customer service" with the correct address. When they sent me the shipping confirmation, the address was WRONG again. When I politely brought up that the address was wrong, AGAIN, i was assured that the address was corrected, and AGAIN, i'm wrestling with the USPS, (and it's not even their fault) to try to retrieve my packages. The postal service told me to go across the street and talk to complete strangers and nicely ask for my order...the truth is I shouldn't even be in a potentially dangerous situation when I have paid and confirmed address. It has truly been ridiculous and it was literally a one digit correction. If i get a refund or what i initially bought, the likelihood of me ordering from them again is...well...not likely at all. So disappointed.
