The new Square App version 5.78 UI/UX is highly intuitive, feature rich, and very easy to use, in my opinion it is by far the best financial application in year 2021, gives me full control of receivables and fund transfers, bookkeeping on a single robust platform.

To return your customers money after you have just taken it all in 1 second by accidentally pushing the wrong button, Your customer has to then wait 2-6 business days to get their money back. What a good system! Great job!

Hi, Marv! Thanks for the feedback. In the future, if a customer pays you outside of your invoice, you can mark that invoice as paid to remove the balance due. We break down how to do that in our Seller Community article here: https://bit.ly/3EkELBh
