During our recent office relocation search we worked with 3 different companies in NYC. SquareFoot was by far the superior group to work with. Through them we found an ideal location that perfectly suits our needs. They made the search process actually enjoyable by offering us more than one suitable option, did not hound us with pressure tactics, responded immediately to our various questions and stayed in close contact until our lease was signed. There are a lot of not so nice spaces out there - so beware! SquareFoot found us exactly what we were looking for - at the SAME cost as some other completely shabby and unsuitable places other companies showed us!
