The staff at SquareFoot was extremely helpful in assisting us in finding a new office space. William o'Kane was the perfect representative, promptly answering our emails and very knowledgeable about our requirements for our new space. He was in contact and available throughout all phases of the search. I would definitely recommend using SquareFoot as they would be our first choice if we needed to find another space in the future.

Overall a good experience. However, there were 3 areas we'd have liked to have been better: 1) our main contact was 'green' and not terribly knowledgeable 2) we were a bit oversold on the number of offers we were likely to get. We were told we'd likely have many offers based on our circumstances, but it felt like SF took their foot off the gas once we received the first offer and we were strongly encouraged to take it 3) the subtenant vetting process should have been more thorough/rigorous Otherwise, SF was helpful and accessible, and we would do business with them again, but we would be more vigilant above the above points.

Top notch service from everyone involved. David was outstanding. Thorough. Communicative. Felt like a member of our team, going to bat for us. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Elliott was awesome. He was always available for my calls with questions. We visited a lot of places, and eventually found our office. Elliott walked us through the whole lease process and was helpful in getting us a good rate for the lease and free rent!

We had an amazing experience working with SquareFoot (ask for David Haber). Extremely attentive and friendly service. Found us exactly what we were looking for, and in less than 2 weeks. Working with SquareFoot made an otherwise gruesome office move that much more pleasant. Recommended.

Joe from SquareFoot made my first adventure in the rental commercial real estate totally painless! Love the app which allowed me to keep track of all the spaces we saw, take photos, take notes and keep everything organized.
