SquareFootReviews of squarefoot.com

Working with SquareFoot, and specifically Brock Sheets, worked out great for our growing company. We were able to see a variety of different options that met our need, both from a space and price perspective. The search and selection process with SquareFoot was seamless!

Outstanding to work with. Super responsive, presented a thorough set of options based on our needs, and hand-held us through the process as much as we requested.

Finding any office space in New York is daunting to say the least, because let's be real: it sucks. I was so grateful to have come across SquareFoot, a really well designed and highly considered way to find space in the area. I was matched with a stellar broker, Elliot Denis, who I still cannot believe I didn't have to pay a massive broker's fee for. Elliot sent me roundups of office options in my price and taste ranges and then he would shoot over a digital itinerary of our viewings (which you could also see in their app). Elliot never had an agenda--he truly wanted me to find an office I loved. When we did find the spot (which has changed my life in a big way), he handled all the negotiations and handlings with the building. He even gave me a call after I moved in to check in. I am so impressed.

I had a great experience working with Rob Carinci, It was a bit of a challenge to find a place considering all the needs we had and within our budget but he remained patient and always had next lineups ready to be seen and at the end, we found our new office! So grateful to him and Squarefoot and would recommend this company to everyone without any reservation.

Finding the right office space in New York City is like finding a needle in a haystack. Squarefoot made the process seamless, efficient, and affordable! In a matter of a week, Squarefoot paired us with the perfect office space in our budget with a 5th Avenue address. We couldn't recommend Squarefoot more!

Owen was a absolute delight to work with! He found us exactly what we were looking for. He responded in seconds, was extremely organized, smart, beyond patient and made the entire process seamless. I would recommend everyone use SquareFoot.

Brock and Rob did a fantastic job providing us with the necessary information and service to lock down an office for our brand Ivory Ella. With a strict budget and a short time frame - Brock and Rob did the impossible, getting us over a dozen viewings and multiple options for our office space. We managed to secure a location in the center of Midtown that met our term and budget requirements perfectly. Most importantly, they answered their phones whenever and no matter how many times I called. 10/10 service!

SquareFoot helped our team look for additional options in the market. When we ultimately decided to extend our lease a bit longer, they were incredibly helpful in negotiating terms with our current landlord. I highly recommend working with the SquareFoot team for anything from new spaces to renewals.
