Brock and the team at SquareFoot were fabulous partners in helping us to find an office space for our team. They were flexible when our parameters shifted, incredibly responsive, always professional, and a pleasure to work with. We are thrilled with where we landed and very grateful to SquareFoot for their guidance and support.

We used SquareFoot when moving offices last year. The broker took the time to understand our needs and put together a great set of tours. As is common, our requirements changed over the span of our search and SquareFoot’s team adapted with us to refine their search. In the end, we found a great 5-year lease in a better building than we would have expected. I can’t thank SquareFoot enough for making this process so easy for us.

My company searched tirelessly for the perfect office space for months! We realized that the key ingredient we were missing was not hope or drive, but experience. At the end of the day, we knew we needed a trusted partner to do the heavy lifting and Squarefoot was the perfect partner! Their online portal is super easy to use and all we had to do was look at photos of spaces, approve them, and show up. The team at Squarefoot just about broke their backs to find us the perfect space and without them, we likely would not be in the amazing office we're in now! Thank you, Squarefoot, for diligently working with us for months to find the perfect space!

SquareFoot was amazing in helping us find a new office space, advocated for us during lease negotiations, and provided support during the construction and buildout of the new space. They are amazing advocates for their clients, and we still invite our brokers to our parties!

Working with SquareFoot was simple and easy. We had a somewhat 'different' sublease agreement, outside of the conventional landlord-tenant agreement and our agent was able to help close the deal quickly for us.

Brock was amazing - he listened to what we wanted, and was very honest and transparent with us throughout the process. Made a potential nightmare very seamless and easy! Very happy with the outcome.
