Gavin, I see there were some issues filing your original case which was filed on July 19th. It was originally rejected by the court and we refiled the case on August 10th. We guarantee all court filings from being rejected to the extent of refiling the case. Every time a case is rejected and has to be refiled the court filing fee must be paid again. You were protected from this by our guarantee. Your case was accepted on September 5th by the court. Your court hearing is scheduled for October 25th at 8:00am. Ann, You filed your case with us on June 6th. During our Triple-Check process we determined that your local court jurisdiction requires your court filing to be notarized. We sent you instructions for notarizing the prepared court documents on June 7th. Unfortunately, we were not able to progress with filing your case with the courts until the prepared documents were notarized.
