I ordered two of these cameras on their sale for Christmas presents for us.... just tried to use there and really this is a joke!!!!! From the bad Chinese translations...I mean come on!? 'Log inned'?? (Logged in) and so on.. Won't stay connected to wifi (god knows who now has our wifi password...?? 🫣) This is a cheap Chinese product and that Spyfocus 'professional' website is total scam!!! I have asked for refund..thankfully purchased them on paypall and they are good at returning money, so hoping for the best even if these guys won't respond. Feel rather an idiot for falling for this!!! No way of leaving a review on their website, of course.....😡😡 Stay clear of this company!!

cheap crap camera with no memory card, tried to return but got the run around. would not give me a return address to send back. Scam company. RUN!!

Huge scam - lost $120. Don't work at all. Was able to connect for a few seconds and then nothing. HOPELESS. Waste of TIME and MONEY. AVOID THIS COMPANY

hi i have just lost £83-23p on the biggest load of rubbish i have ever seen cameras are cheapest load of crap you could do better on ebay for £5 00 tried to return them but no success i have got my credit card on the case trying to get money back no success as yet beware do not buy r watson

Spyfocus is not legitimate. The company did not deliver the products in a timely manner. The cameras did not work. The instructions are poorly written. The supporting staff is only be email. The products were returned within 30 days for a full refund. However, the refunds came in 3 increments of various amounts. I had to keep contacting via email that the total amount of refund was not accomplished. Essentially, the company has false write ups and boosted advertisement to sell a product that does not work. I literally wasted 30 days of my time working to receive the product, working to have the product properly function, and working to receive my full refund. What a farce. Check out the reviews of Spyfocus on YouTube. In all honesty, DO NOT BUY THE PRODUCTS FROM SPYFOCUS.

I bought two cameras. The QR codes fail to link, the app fails to send me a verification code, the support on the app store’s link fails. The instructions are printed on a very small little piece of paper and there’s no website or support listed anywhere. Obviously a scam. We will notify the Better Business Bureau, make a case at Interpol and whoever else needs to know. I’m not upset, I just know the law of Karma and have compassion for these misguided souls. Please do better.

I seen it on line and of course I looked with no intention to purchase just had them added to my cart as soon as I went to review my cart it automatically sent it without my permission I didn't hit send, I hit cancel immediately and sent messages to costumer service there answer was we were not able to cancel your order In time 😕😔 what a bunch of bullcrap the shady b__tards, now I'm waiting for something I didn't want just to return it when it shows up in 18 more days and that will probably be a fight 😭😭😭😭. Be very careful and just don't do it or add to your cart even if you are pondering it, damn another lesson learned the HARD way F__ck.
