As so MANY have written previously, these cameras are crap! Customer service will not respond after I requested a refund. Issues: Can't connect cam to wifi or phone. App is useless. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

Cannot get the app to work and when I reached out for a refund for the worthless items I was told the request had to be submitted within 30 days of purchase - shipping took longer than that. DO NOT BUY THESE!!

Absolute scam! Paid by PayPal only for them to add extras like extended warranty and no post cost shown until after payment. Then when I looked on my PayPal account it had set up a reoccurring payment for this rubbish! Stay away from thIS BS

It didn't show any way it can be connected to a permanently wired source .That's because they want you to buy it . The rechargable battery only lasts 30min so the Camara is useless as shown in the video

I was interested in the spy focused surveillance camera, but when I watched the video the first mistake these con-artists said was it does not require batteries or wires! Maybe people should not download the information from the scan code as this may contain malware?

Spy focus a scam they are trying to sell a camera identical to smart cam the only thing is that smart cam works perfect and has no subscription fees and smart cam can be viewed any where in the globe 24/7 you can even record or talk to pets free but spy focus don't work so don't waste your time and money and view reviews of smart cam I have been using for over 3 years perfect recording and alerts with no problems
