I purchased 2 cameras on 9-Sep-23. They arrived late and then I could not get them to work. Returned them on 11-Oct-23. Went travelling until end 2023. Meantime no communication or rfund. Chased them up on 12-Mar-24 and they acknowledged receipt of returned goods and said a refund was being processed. Have been chasing since and they now say they are unable to process a refund. Paypal are unable to help since the transaction is outside their window. It is ludicrous that they are unable to refund me.

Unable to set up…Spent days… useless piece. Not impressed. Not possible to return, took weeks to arrive.

Advertising clearly states this is a subscription free camera but when I followed jnstruction to start using the cameras they require a £29.99 per month subscription. When questioned the company they just offered a discount on the subscription. Beware, do not buy on the idea these are subscription free. I have returned the cameras and awaiting a full refund. Watch this space.

Total rip off!!! Do not waste your money. My dad bought these and was very disappointed, very cheap looking and dont work. Would give zero stars if review would allow it.

I have been checking the rating by looking at the reviews not directly linked to a Spycam run sight. I also saw another sight called Camtrix.It looks identical to spycam. Are they the same. I've been running a small animal rescue for 30 years. To do so I also have to work a full time+ job. Costs of food, Medication, Vet bills, etc. have gone through the roof thanks to Covid. Retail prices have not gone back down as supplies have almost returned to the normal prices but, the companies have been still charging inflated IMO, price gouging to the new normal. Even though our rescue bank account has taken a heck of a beating I have been seriously considering the 4 Spycam package so i can keep an eye on our little fuzzies throughout an 18 hour work day. If this is the company running Internet focus commercials be very careful. Tried getting refund within the 30 days refund policy. Called with no answer and emailed within 30 days period. No answer and called again. Got through but said it's now 31 days and no refund. Although emailed with request about returning items within 30 days that part didn't count. So, this company just ignores refund request within 30 days period and then viola, it's too late. Camera is what you pay for, hard to connect and poor video quality.

This is a SCAM and I’m usually good at detecting scams! I saw it on a supposedly consumer review site with all these great ratings. Fortunately, my Visa credit card denied the transaction since the site was flagged as a scam. Why are these sites allowed to exist? I really feel stupid! My card has been deactivated and I’m getting a new one. Thank God my credit union was proactive! Be careful!
