Total junk. I charged it turned it one connected to the crappy app and got poor image, shut it off then tried to turn it on again and it won’t turn on . Total waste of money.

These cameras are a scam. The fake consumer report is a total lie. Received 4 cameras. Tried to set one up. Total garbage. Charged for several hours. Held a charge for a whole five minutes. The app is completely ridiculous. It’s only good for an ad displayer. Poor quality picture. Aren’t even worth five bucks in my opinion. Sent back the junk. Getting a runaround with my refund. They claim the refund was issued. It was. Then I checked the next day and the refund was rescinded. This company should be investigated and shut down. Total scam! Got my bank involved now. Hopefully they have other resources to go after these people. Fingers crossed

Finally got these camera's which took 2 weeks instead of 2-3 days as advertised. Downloaded app, charged camera overnight and then set up in required place. It keeps turning itself off and only works when in power point. So disappointed with this company. Also i actually order 3 and they sent me 7 and charged me. I really need to return but cant find an email address. Thanks to another review I have blocked further payments through paypal.DO NOT BUY!

I managed to set things up, to what I thought was all working - while the device was plugged in & being charged. Had the device charging for over 4 hours. When I came back to try to set it up in the correct location I couldn't get the device to turn on. In desperation I plugged it back in to my charger AND it then worked. However what's the point in having a wireless device if you have to have it plugged in. Seems like I should have read the trust Pilot reviews rather than relying on 'Product reviews' sites.

Finally received Spy Camera. Difficult to set up, only works on their network, quality of picture very poor, couldnt get any sound. Have emailed the company asking for a return and full payment back. I await their reply. Would not recommend.

Totally agree this company is a scam as others have said you order something then extra added, too late to cancel as already packed in warehouse even 10mins after ordering but offered a 30 day return and 50% off which covers the extra items you don’t want. When product arrives clearly “not fit for purpose” as the SD card needed reformatting to work with camera and not suitable for outdoor use. Having read the true trust pilot reviews this company have 1.4 not 9.8 as advertised. I haven’t experienced problems with Customer Service although I did state the company is a scam and fraudulent and won’t hesitate going to the police as well as PayPal and my credit card Company and immediately got a full refund without having to send back the products so that in its self shows this is a scam and fraudulent company. BEWARE:- If you have paid via PayPal you will unbeknown to yourself like me have signed up to a subscription with Commerce Core UAB and need to contact PayPal to cancel the subscription.

The app worked at first,for a few minutes,then it won't open so I cant even set up the cameras. And that was with a public WiFi! The app never opens. Can I use another app?

garbage customer service, they won't help you, you have to email them and hope that they respond and the answer doesn't always help you so you have to email them again and hope they answer it correctly. Good luck dealing with them, they claim that they worked for a camera company in Santa Monica, if that's true, it is Ring, go with them, their customer service is fantastic
