Complete scam. Never worked properly, charge only lasts an hour 🙄 these products are not as advertised

I bought 4 cameras told there was a return guarantee if not satisfied. They wouldn’t work for me because I didn’t realize you had to charge them every four hours and they don’t work with 5G. I contacted them for return and they asked for some information which I sent them. Then they Ted ignore me so I contacted PayPal And filed a claim. At this time, I learned they put on an automatic reoccurring payment for something. They are not all legit company evidently and the cameras are Very cheaply made and deathly not worth 143 bucks

Absolute SCAM.CHARGED $100.90 FOR ONE CAMERA. CANCELLED ORDER IMMEDIATELY. THEY PROCESSED IT ANYWAY.

Vorsicht, und am besten hier garnichts bestellen. Kommunikation ist NICHT möglich . Alle Emails kom men unzustellbar zurück Stornierungen und Widerrufe sind somit nicht möglich und sicherlich auch vom Verkäufer auch bewusst so gesteuert. Ich persönlich halte die ganze Sache für eine Betrugsmasche. Be careful, and it's best not to order anything here. Communication is NOT possible. All emails are returned undeliverable. Cancellations and revocations are therefore not possible and are certainly deliberately controlled by the seller. I personally think the whole thing is a scam.

Ordered and immediately tried to edit order, but got told it was already dispatched...in 1 minute... highly doubtful. Arrived quickly, but 2 people have been unable to set it up. Tried following YouTube, following brief instructions supplied and to no avail. Sending them back for full refund if we can get passed the back & forth automated email...asking the same questions required to get any further. Wish I hadn't of dealt with them in the 1st place. And not interested in their help other than how to return the items purchased!!

Absolute scam. Do not purchase this product. Ordered one but after I purchase I noticed four had been put in my shopping cart. Turned out they were not compatible with my modem so I asked for return info. They offered me a partial discount and I could keep the product. I declined and returned the package to the Houston address given to me only to receive it back with a “refused return” message on it. Contacted them for an explanation where they apologized for the mixup and again offered me a partial discount instead of a full refund. Again I asked for a full refund so the then gave me a CALIFORNIA address to return it to. So I just told them to give me a partial refund which I’m sure I’ll never see based on other reviews. Also, when I went to Google street view to look at both addresses for the returns it was obvious they were bogus addresses. I blame myself for not investigating this company before I made the purchase but it will never happen again. They will get what’s coming to them one way or another either in this life or the next.

Bestellung wurde einmal per iPad vorgenommen und gleich wieder storniert, weil auf dem Pad kein Paypal eingerichtet ist. Habe dann nochmals über iPhone bestellt- abgerechnet und auch geliefert wurden dann beide Bestellungen. Das geht gar nicht. Habe dann versucht, die Kamera über die App einzurichten-diese ist aber leider völlig unbrauchbar. Für mich handelt es sich hier nur um abzocke und Betrug. Nie wieder!!!

Eine Kamera bestellt, Fünf von den Dingern erhalten. 1. Bestellbestätigung führte auch nur diese eine Kamera auf. Auf einmal hat sich die Bestellbestätigung geändert und führt 5 Kameras plus erweiterte Garantie auf. Natürlich ist mir auch dementsprechend Geld abgebucht worden. Betrugsversuch!!! Habe alles dokumentiert mit Screenshots. Die Werbung ist voll von Lügen. Habe eine dieser Kameras ausprobiert. Totaler Müll. Die arbeiten mit gefälschten Bewertungen und völlig unzutreffenden Artikelbeschreibungen. Auch das ist belegt. Kundendienst per Mail ist nur was für Menschen mit ganz dicken Nerven, da von irgendwelchen Pseudomitarbeitern vorgefertigte Texte als Antwort kamen. Geld hab ich dann mal irgendwann zurück erhalten, bis dahin wird versucht, Zeit zu schinden bzw. Nur einen Teil erstatten zu müssen bis man dann mal die Adresse für Retoure erhält. Man muss hartnäckig bleiben und alles belegen. Habe irgendwo gelesen, dass die auch noch so unverschämt sind und weiter Geld abbuchen für die erweiterte Garantie. Bin gespannt, ob die das auch bei mir versuchen. Unbedingt Finger davon lassen!!!
