Read the negative feedback,this device does not work,worked my way through the very small instructions,finally got through to the device pairing,blue light flashing,waited half an hour for it to happen,it did not,as with many others confirm this camera does not work,Amazon should ban the sales of this unit,the positive feedback must be false.Do Not Buy.

Do not buy from this company. It is a scam.. I have neither received the camera or my money back despite writing to their "complaints" which is a repetitive bot. It's incredible how such companies are allowed to operate and their license not revoked.

The reviews sounded great so I bought x2 spy focus mini cameras. I should have checked customers reviews instead of gadget reviews. Received the cameras and did as the minimal instructions said. The app is an info app only so it doesn't do anything. The cameras didn't turn on, even when fully charged. Emailed customer support re same. They said keep the cameras and they will give me 50% back or return for a full refund. I chose to return for full refund. I did finally get a full refund back. The return address is a storage locker in Sydney. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! Go to Bunnings and buy a trusted security camera instead.

Where to begin? The shipping took weeks and not days. Once received, the cameras wouldn’t hot a charge for more than a few minutes nor would they connect to the WiFi. They would only work off the hotspot on my phone and only one at a time. Run far and fast! No refunds. Save your money!

Did not receive camera. Email response resulted in scam. Don't waste your money.

My order was placed by accident. I emailed them within 5 mins asking to please cancel the order. I was told it was already packaged an shipping was called. They billed my account for over $200. An I'm not able to cancel the order. They said I'd have to return them for a refund. The strange thing is it's been 4 days an I still have to tracking info.
