Very shonky, shady company. I’m not sure how they’re allowed to have such a dishonest website up but they are clearly ripping thousands of people off. I didn’t even open the packet - they kept going round and round in circles making excuses .. Still no refund - over one month later

I bought one of these at £39.00. Seemed a good buy. Got no email to verify transaction or shipping, so I could not cancel transaction, no info about them at all. This put me on high ALERT straight away. I am worried now this is a SCAM Just £50.93 took out of bank. I had paid via debit card, foolish I know. Read up on here it is a SCAM company. Immediately got in touch with the fraud dept at my bank because they have all my bank details. Bank has put a BLOCK on merchants permission, and if any more goes out my account I will be refunded by bank. But it seems too late now they have taken £50.93 already. How can people be scammed like this, we should all get in touch with Trading Standards in UK to stop them if its true. Will wait to see if camera arrives, works, or I am refunded, or they try to take more money out my account. BEWARE...!!!! Money was showing as pending, and informed by bank I am under a subscription with the merchant.

I ordered one mini wifi camera and two micro SD cards on their website using 50% discount coupons for both of these items and their website added a second mini wifi camera at twice the discount price and an extended camera warranty I never selected or ordered. They also charged me double the discounted coupon price I used on their website for the two micro SD cards at check out when they finalized my payment. Their website fraudulently overcharged me by 146% over the amount of what I actually selected and ordered when I was redirected to their website from the PayPal website without allowing me to review my order before finalizing and placing my order. They issued 3 separate PayPal receipts for the 2 items I ordered and the extra camera and extended warranty I did not order. Their 24/7 online chat line did not work to cancel my order and I requested they cancel my order for the reasons listed above through their email address 16 minutes after they confirmed my order at 11:01 PM PST on a Sat. night. I got a response from their agent to my email that he emailed a request to their warehouse to cancel my order at 11:01 PM PST, Sat. Their warehouse did not cancel my order 2 hours after they received this email request to do so from their own agent who contacted me and their warehouse dispatched my order to their courier for shipping instead. I received 2 email messages from their agents over the next 24 hours stating that my order could not be canceled as it had been picked up by their courier in Calif. between 11:05 PM PST on Sat. - 1:03 AM PST on Sunday by USPS which was their courier they used for shipping. I emailed spy focus that USPS does not operate in Calif. or anywhere in the US during these hours on late Sat.- very early Sun. and asked that they cancel my order and refund me in full. They replied that they could not cancel my order and issue a full refund. They stated to me their warehouse usually ships their orders within 12 hours after an order was confirmed but failed notify me of any actual shipment of my order 6 1/2 days after my order was confirmed. After these 6 1/2 days, I contacted the PayPal and opened a dispute case for all 3 receipts and I also notified spy focus of these 3 dispute cases I had opened. PayPal took an action to refund one receipt immediately and after spy focus received my notification that PayPal was now handling this dispute, they finally canceled and refunded me in full for the other two receipts currently under dispute.

Ordered the three cameras took 4 weeks to arrive with no tracking or communication of estimated delivery I complained so they gave me invalid tracking link and number finally got the camera could be more dis satisfied the clarity is so horrible u can’t make out a person form piece of furniture one has big blotchy spots on the screen and one won’t even power on the one that does work takes hours to load and show a picture that is so foggy and and unclear of a picture u can’t tell what is wat i will never buy any from spyfocus again i would like my money back

I ordered 3 mini cameras, at the end of June, and supposedly it was shipped out a day later. I’ve inquired on three different occasions and have received the same “we apologize but …” response. As of today, I’ve received no cameras or refund. This is a SCAM and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. Keep your money people!!

Bought six cameras and sd card should have done a background check first don’t be duped awful awful awful and tried to return but won’t let you or tell you how said would send instructions to email to no avail spy focus DONT DO ITTTTTT

False reviews in a fake gadget magazine, that I can see now is just a different advertising ploy, praising the cameras persuaded me to try them when I was in a rush to deal with an issue but very quickly regretted it. I needed them for outside use and when you see them they are clearly totally unsuitable. The one I tried to set up would not register with my iphone at all and I am reasonably tech savvy. The limited battery life means chasing round changing/charging batteries far too often and the locations I needed to place them made it virtually impossible. Returning them has been another issue. Despite reviews that say that returns was the only good part of some peoples transactions with the company I am still having trouble getting money returned to my PayPal account despite being assured several times it has been authorised and should be there now, a week after they received the cameras back, I am still trying to get my refund.

Completely agree with Roy Durgan. Camera arrived 12 days after payment. Not working. Support offered me a 50% reduction but keep the camera. Returned for full refund but also went to Credit card provider too. Their 30 day no hassle money back guarantee is not valid. Consumer Rights Act ignored. Why Which recommended this camera I am unsure. Do not buy.
