I was charged twice from my PayPal account. PayPal said they can’t help. I am furious. And then to find out the cameras need special and sketchy software! And how do I return for refund? And how do I get back the double payment? FURIOUS at myself for thinking I was dealing with a decent company based on reviews on their site. I feel stupid.

Utter rubbish at any price. Simply not for for purpose.

I ordered 4 cameras on 8/25/24 and the money was immediately taken from my checking account. I never received a confirmation email of the order OR a shipping email. Its 10/1/24 and I still have not recieved my order. I called my bank to get a phone number as I cannot find any contact information online. They didn't provide a full phone number to the bank when they withdrew my funds for the purchase ($112.99). My bank is sending a dispute but I have zero confidence i will get my money back for a product that was never shipped to me. TOTAL SCAM!!!!!! Don't purchase!!!! I would like to give ZERO stars but it's not an option.

My card was charged as soon as a shipping label was produced. I never received a confirmation of purchase or tracking number until I contacted a 2nd customer support representative via email.. I felt uncomfortable with the order and believed that I was being scammed. I attempted to cancel the order within 2 days and I was told by the 1st CS representative that the order had already left the warehouse and couldn’t be canceled. I communicated back and forth with customer support with approximately 10 emails. The cameras were delivered to my mailbox 13 days after I placed the order. I immediately requested a return address and asked for the return shipping to be paid by the company. I was notified that shipping was the responsibility of the person ordering the product. The customer service representative offered me 50% off, if I chose to keep the cameras. If they are willing to give me 50% off to keep the cameras, they ought to be willing to pay my $7 return shipping. I’m waiting for my PayPal account to be credited for this purchase. I would not recommend this product, even though I never opened the package. I am extremely dissatisfied with the whole ordeal. Note: It’s been 10 days since I returned the cameras and my PayPal account has not been credited. I sent copies of my USPS receipt and return shipping tracking# showing that the cameras were delivered to the CS representative on Oct. 7. She stated that the refund had been issued. I filed a claim with PayPal and they are giving Spyfocus USD - WithReach until Oct. 19 to reply. I may decide to cancel my PayPal account once I get the refund and use a credit card instead. I believe disputes may be settled faster with a credit card. Update: I wrote yet another email to heyhelp.cc on Oct. 15 and inquired about my refund. I also expressed concern about the appearance of robotic responses and asked whether they were using an AI bot to respond. I received my refund within 24 hours after my query along with a copy of the transaction which indicated that the refund was posted on their end on 10/5/24. I have no idea why it took another 11 days for PayPal to credit my account. My case has been closed successfully and I deleted my PayPal account.

Should be a no Star Rating!! Horrible decision every way! Do NOT buy from this Company!! Low, poor quality cameras, no instruction, no customer service, try all ways to connect, no response, tried to cancel, no response, Total rip off, China based, stay away!!

1st I attempted to use provided cable. They are not made to connect to any phone. Had to charge with phone charger. 2nd had to watch a commercial and it then says enter credit card to get started. This is not what was advertised. I bought these because they were not supposed to have any other expenses to use. I'm not having a monthly charge on my credit card. I want to return them.

NO STARS DO NOT BUY THE CAMERAS. I PLACED AN ORDER ON 18Th SEPTEMBER AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING! BUT THE FUNDS WERE TAKEN FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT . HAVE REQUESTED AN IMMEDIATE REFUND . UNACCEPTABLE LEVEL OF SERVICE. JUST A MESSAGE TO SAY ON ITS WAY. NO DETAILS OF WHEN . NO APOLOGY. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY .

I too have been scammed. As soon as I received the confirmation email I became suspicious and starting some online research. I wish I had found these reviews together with the report from Malwaretips before completing my order. Unlike a lot of comments here despite numerous claims that the system is down so can't issue refunds I have today received that refund but not before reporting the company to various organisations here in the UK and Lithuania including ActionFraud who have passed the imformation onto the National Fraud team and I would urge anyone who has been caught up in this scam to do the same.
