Zero stars is more accurate
Besides the deceptive advertising and the incomprehensible instructions, the program then informs you that it is not compatible with 5G networks. The essentially makes the cameras useless. Not sure why this fact could have been mentioned in their ads. That is where the scam really starts, when you ask to return the cameras and get a refund. They employ a third party to handle support who apparently specializes in closing your claim without any resolution. Multiple attempts to resolve the situation resulted in a circular series of emails that promised to inform how to return and get a refund only to be told the claim was being closed due to a lack of response. Finally, after dozens of emails I was told that 30 days had passed and of course no refund or return was possible. SpyFocus has turned scamming into an art form.
