Spy focus don’t deserve even 1 star.. it’s just that there is no option for 0 stars 🙄. Avoid like the plague! This is a scam. You don’t receive a customer number, a date for shipping and their customer service email, is just there to trick people into thinking they are legitimate. Please please don’t give these people another opportunity to steal your money! Not only have I not received any goods.. after nearly a month, but have had no communication from them despite emails sent. They also charged me extra for a product I didn’t want. I have contacted the fraud team to investigate.

Ordered on 5th March.Then immediately tried to cancel to which they said it had gone to packing and couldn’t cancel order.I was then told it was on its way asked for proof.Gave me a number and told me it would be with me within 7 days.On tracking it said it was waiting to be picked up by carrier in China.7 Days later no change.So asked for money back twice they said they had sent it.Today finally got it back in my PayPal account but have had such a FIGHT. MAKE SURE ANY EMAILS ARE PHOTO SHOT FOR EVIDENCE.THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE STOPPED AND BEWARE THEY HAD SET UP AN AUTOMATED PAYMENT SYSTEM THAT I NEW NOTHING ABOUT.A company called REACH took payment on there behalf.

Never received camera. Got notice from tracking that there was no postage attached and package would not be delivered. Emailed company and got the response that they have sent the camera out and to wait for tracking info!!!

Absolute nightmare tryd to cancel my order can't get hold of them buy direct from amazon half the price

Those bellends provided fake tracking number with name of shipping company: "OTHERS"!!!! I am trying to get refund over 1 month with a result: no cameras, no money!

Saw the ad, thought it was a good deal. ordered the 3 camera setup but then other things were offered that I said no to and when more offers loaded I closed it down. 10 minutes later I received an email for the amount $119.00. I called the company the scammers said the order was canceled and I would receive an email in a hour. 2 hours later no email. I emailed them told them to cancel. Received email back from Mark Rady (CustomerSupport) that it was already shipped so couldn't cancel, BS! scammers do not deal with them.

Well first of all at first liked preview shown on Spyfocus about cameras. I ordered on March 21, ordered 1pk of 3 cameras,after they took money, they sent another email stating, in order for camera ,s to work u needed SD cards, so again they took money altogether 220.00$ They stated in their email it would take24 hours to get receipt and tracking # from shipping company they used,also beware that withdrawals from ur account will be company names that r not spyfocus Two different com names appeared (Discoutery.com. also Hurive.com)RED FLAGS !¡!! Long story short Spyfocus is a bunch of scammers, when they start delays b ware exx .. they told me after 2 and half days shipping com had wrong shipping address. BEWARE

Shocking!!!! Had to fight with my credit card supplier to get my money back, I ordered a 4 camera package that never arrived, after contacting their support team several times, I had no response from them what so ever. Stay clear people! Wish I read trust pilot before I read about the company.
