I had asked them to cancel my account, since nothing was ever done on my Instagram account, but instead of canceling it, they charged me 95.13€ for a service that was not done, in an amount that was not agreed, they say that the value is 24.99€. Please stay away from these scammers, this is painful!

Doesn't work properly and is glitchy almost always. Limited features, can't put link in bio from phone. Horrible, can't stand it

This is a totally scam company with dark methods as their business model. They continue to spam and even after trying to unscribe via the link in their mail and also writing a personal mail to them the spam and scam e-mail drops in. It don’t even matter if you block the email address they only send from another e-mail. Contact the police if you get spam. The IT department in the police is more than interested in EU to get more info to be able to sent them so they can press charges

I have been a Sprout customer for 4 years - paying upwards of $350/month. My life and job circumstances recently changed, and when contacting Sprout to discontinue service, they told me that "too bad - you contract is for 12 months, and we won't let you out of it early, despite paying us over $17k over the years". Now, the account will literally sit dormant for 9 months while they continue to collect their money. Customer service is severely lacking, which is a shame considering the product was actual useful until wanting to cancel.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I work for a small digital marketing agency in the Chicago area, and we use Sprout Social for our social media management. However, I have noticed the service has gotten worse throughout 2022. It's very glitchy and sometimes will post the same post twice to a platform when it was only scheduled once. So we ended up switching our service. Here's where the real issues started. I had to submit two cancellation requests, follow up with a phone call, and follow up with another email just to get someone from the correct team to reach out to me. Then it took another day for them to cancel my account. This was after they charged us for another month's subscription. They have completely ghosted me at this point and will not respond to my request for an update regarding our refund. Do not use them. You will pay a lot of money for a glitchy service, and if you have issues, you won't be able to get in touch with anyone.

I've been trying to cancel my account for 2 weeks. You can't get intouch with your rep (which you need to do to cancel). I've been trying every couple of days and finally got a single response from my rep and now im still waiting for a reply to cancel my account. Customer service said they charge you when it goes into the next month (which they did) and refund you when the rep cancels your account. It's a JOKE!!

I have been with Sprout for 5 years and have recently decided to cancel due to their poor service, posts failing and high prices. After contract cancellation they continued to debit my account and are now ignoring my emails for a refund. Had to go to my card supplier to dispute the charge.
