I ordered twice, and was really impressed with the handwritten note (although I got kindof the same one in both orders). I thought the packaging was really nice as well. Unfortunately I just didn't care for the food. I didn't even eat most of it. I had been using Sakara and they are much more expensive, but the quality of the food was far better.

Hi Carolyn,
Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm so sorry the meals weren't the right fit for you and you got two similar welcome notes.
Our Culinary Manager is often reviewing recipes and comparing them against our client feedback so that we can make improvements. We would love to know what meals you did not enjoy. I'm so very sorry that the flavor wasn't to your liking. There are a few dishes myself that I got and I took a few bites and tossed them because I just was not a fan, so I totally understand where you are coming from. Taste is so subjective so it's hard to cater to everyone but we always want to make sure we are improving!
Look forward to hearing back from you.
Kindly,
Rachel

The 2 salads I received the lettuce was wilted and the blueberries were getting old. I had a few berries with mold on them. I didn't think they had a lot of variety. I am not a fan of Tofu. So my selections were few. I canceled my subscription due to lack of variety.

In regards to the Blueberry Salad with Blueberry Basil Balsamic, we did get a bad batch of blueberries and we have actually revamped this meal entirely so that this would not happen again. It was defiantly distressing to hear clients write us that their blueberries were bad because when the meals left our facility they were fine but after a few days the emails started trickling in 😥
Look forward to hearing back from you.
Kindly,
Rachel

They have some work to do….
1. Most meals aren’t seasoned at all-you have to do that yourself.
2. Organic, all-natural, no canola oil, and vegan.
3. Nutritional yeast is used a lot and controversial (not a fan, personally).
4. The site has so many bugs and when I brought issues to customer support, they told me that their site works best on a computer-not phone. That is ridiculous, considering ~80% of online users are using a phone.
5. Customer support is great.
6. They have things they need to work through and recipes could use some elevation. I would give them another chance in the future.

Hi RR,
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. As a young company, we know that feedback is crucial for us to grow as a business. I've sent this feedback to our Culinary Manager, as I am sure they would find your feedback on nutritional yeast and oil very interesting and would want to look into this further.
Also, the points made about our website are valid as well. Our Website Manager is investigating and researching the best options to improve our website and make it more compatible with mobile usage.
Again, thank you so so much for leaving feedback for us! It truly means more than you know.
I hope you have a great weekend.
Kindly,

It's very nice to have a simple
It's very nice to have a simple, vegan meal to barely have to prepare at the end of the day. I wanted dinner with fresh food, rather than frozen, and Sprinly does this. However, some of the fresh food has been slimy, I have had to pick out rotten parts, and sometimes it is thrown together such that produce is hanging out the sides of the packaging. I hope that this is just growing pains, and that the quality control will improve in the future.

Hi Dawn,
Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm so sorry to hear that you have been having such a bad Sprinly experience. We always want you to have a positive one. Our meals should definitely be lasting you 5-6 days after delivery, so something is not right here. Can you let us know what meals went bad early and or if your meals were not arriving cool and fresh?
When preparing your meals for shipping, we always make sure to package boxes carefully and correctly so that everything is secure, and our Quality Assurance team members are tasked with inspecting each box before it leaves our kitchen. With that being said, we have been having lid issues and this is actually something that we've been speaking with our supplier about because we've seen this happen too many times over the past few weeks. In fact, we sent a sample of their lids back to them, along with some photos from a handful of other clients, and they are analyzing those lids now. We're even asking for a new lot of lids to be shipped to us right away, so hopefully, you'll see this issue eliminated very very soon. In the meantime, we're rubber-banding a variety of meals that this has happened to, and we're hoping that this takes care of the problem in the interim.
Nonetheless, this is so distressing to hear, I can only imagine how frustrating this has been for you! The summer has really tested our packaging and insulation 😥 I totally understand why you're upset! Whether this is a shipping issue, or if someone on our Box Packing line has gotten sloppy, I am reporting this to our Logistics and our Operations Managers to resolve this for you, and for any other client who may be experiencing these issues this summer. I wanted to let you know that we can actually switch you to an even more expedited shipping for the warm summer months so that your meals are shipped overnight. This way, we can always guarantee you receive your meals fresh and cool. We're happy to do this at no additional cost to you so you can enjoy our delicious meals!
Please let me know if this is something you would like to try, I truly believe that you would enjoy continued meal deliveries. Just let me know how you'd like to proceed, and I'll do whatever I can to make things right for you.
We appreciate you!
Kindly,
Rachel
