Hi there, Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review. I am sorry that you did not enjoy your Sprinly experience. I'd love to understand what meals you found that were difficult to warm because the meal had other ingredients. We do package sauces on the side, but more recently to help eliminate plastic waste, we started to include toppings in the meal, like nuts. We try to keep it simple for clients to heat meals that's why we provide both microwave and stovetop instructions, I am sorry you found it an inconvenience. That is the opposite of what we are trying to achieve 😥. Our tofu is pretty nasty and we do get a lot of compliments about it, so thank you! Nonetheless, thank you for taking the time to write us and provide some feedback. We are a small company so all feedback, the good and the bad, truly help us learn and grow 😊 Kindly, Rachel

Hi Natalie, Thanks for your support and enthusiasm, Natalie 😄 I am so sorry to hear that your salads were not fresh after 24 hours, that is certainly not aligned with our standards. Our insulated packaging is designed to keep your food fresh during transit. The meals are made to go right into the refrigerator. They'll be good there through Sunday so that you're able to enjoy them throughout the week! Some of the meals may contain an "Eat First" or "Eat Earlier" symbol on the front of their individual packaging. Those meals should be consumed within the first 2-3 days of receiving them, due to certain ingredients that may not keep fresh as long as those in other meals. The "Eat First" and "Eat Earlier" symbols, by the way, are also available for viewing online, when you tap or click on a meal's image in the meal selector. If you can recall, do you remember if the ice packs were still cool to the touch and everything looked and smelled fresh? Look forward to hearing back! Kindly, Rachel
