The meals that I picked I felt had way too much garlic and spices that laugh to taste in my mouth and stayed with me all day long. Otherwise, the food was delicious just overpowering.

Have only had 3 meals so far. Biggest issue to me was the pasta dishes - I felt that more sauce was needed. I did ultimately add more tomato sauce to one dish. The Mac and cheese was very very dry. I did add some cream, but vegan cheese is very dry and I felt there should have been more sauce available. I am going to be having surgery and will need meals I don't have to do too much to. I will continue to test out the different meals to see which are best for me.

Hi Dan, Thanks so much for reaching out, and I am so sorry for the confusion here. It does look like there were two subscriptions created. One was canceled and refunded on 1/26. Typically, we don't like to send images of our back-end admin. However, I want you to know that you have been refunded, and everything else on your portal looks great. Your first payment on 1/26 was for your first week of meals, which is why you will see a $0.00 charge for Wednesday, 2/1; this is what we process, so our system saves our client's meal selections. So, that payment was for the meals that you should have had delivered this week. The payment on 2/8 is for the meals that will be delivered next week on Tuesday or Wednesday. I hope this helps to clarify! Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help. Kindly, Em

Liked the salads, but plant based meats etc not our thing. They were beautifully presented and very fresh, however. If you like all plant based food this will satisfy you perfectly.

The first 2 meals we rec'd were well packed, and tasty. One of third meals was not edible, because the lasagna wasn't completely cooked with leakage from the salad. The salad had to be thrown away, and we cooked the lasagna longer for my husband. I called a Springly about this, and they credited my account for the meal. They said that this is an issue sometimes that occurs in transit. They're working on creating pouches for their sauces. This will be a great improvement. Susan

Too much pasta and rice and use of tomatoes . Prefer more variety of veggies and mushrooms, beans, etc over pasta rice nor quinoa. Dressing lid not closed Other than that packaging and quality was great. The lasagna was great, thebpasta with tomatobcakes...just too much bread and pasta. Salad was boring typical carrots and tomatoes. Do not want quinoa in salad. Some mandarin orges, cranberry, shredded broccoli or Cabbage would have bean better.

The presentation is very good. The meals should not only be good for you, but they have to be tasty, otherwise you will not stick with them That is the problem in my view. They largely lacked taste. The fritata was too dry, so was the hamburger. The soba stuff was not and it was good.

The meals are incredibly healthy but they lack taste and are high in carbs and low in protein. We'd love more high-protein (no soy, though) and veggie-based meals and fewer grains and potatoes. Sweet potatoes are okay, though. Also, the falafel was not a falafel at all. It was more of a garbanzo protein patty. Did not love it at all. It lacked taste. We'll try one or two more weeks and see if the meals, this week, were just a miss. Perhaps next week's meals will be tastier and higher in protein,
