I do have some good news, we have actually just partnered with a new company that is providing us with much better lids for our meals, and we are confident that our new lids will help to ensure that your delicious meals arrive to you in a beautiful state with no lid mishaps and that they are ready to be enjoyed. Hi Sherry, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm SO so sorry for the trouble with your meals lately! This is actually something that we've been speaking with our supplier about because we've seen this happen too many times over the past few weeks. In fact, we sent a sample of their lids back to them, along with some photos from a handful of other clients, and they are analyzing those lids now. We're even asking for a new lot of lids to be shipped to us right away, so hopefully, you'll see this issue eliminated very very soon. In the meantime, we're rubber-banding a variety of meals that this has happened to, and we're hoping that this takes care of the problem in the interim. We also omitted our zucchini noodle dishes and replaced that with our gluten-free pasta due to this issue. I am so sorry that it affected your experience. Our ice packs are designed to keep meals cool through transit, even if they are thawed they should still keep our meals cool to the touch, but please let me know if you have ever had a warm delivery. This way, we can always guarantee you receive your meals fresh and cool. We're happy to do this at no additional cost to you so you can enjoy our delicious meals! Our meals are prepared as a single serving so that our customers are able to grab a prepared meal and bring it to lunch each day or enjoy them for dinner. However, many of our clients tell us that our meals can oftentimes last them for 1.5-2 meals. I totally agree, sometimes I actually portion half to save later and even freeze it so it will last longer. We appreciate you! Kindly, Rachel
