Springtime Supplements provides outstanding products, and they always ship promptly. I've been purchasing from them for years and have never had an issue. For that reason I've shared their catalog and referred them to others. I normally buy Fresh Factors and other products for my dogs in bulk, so I only need to order 2-3 times a year.

I love that their website is easy to navigate! I also enjoy the freebies once I hit a certain $$ amount. Sometimes i try a new product, but most of the time, I get more of the things I use regularly, so it helps me stretch my money further! Whenever i have had a question and called, they are very knowledgeable and helped me figure out what the best solution is to help my horses. Their products work!!!

I have zero complaints on your customer service. I have big problems with the big price increase and the reduction in quantity. Lower quantity along with higher pricing is a slap in the teeth and an indication of a lack of appreciation for your customers.
