I give the product is 5 stars and the packaging 2 stars. I've purchased Springtime products for over 20 years. The last two times that I have purchased duck feet, chicken feet and beef tracheas there were holes in the bags that allowed fireants to make their way into the box and then the bags. Instructions were very clear: "Please place the box on top of or inside the delivery box." Instead it was placed on the ground beside the box. Two hours after delivery I retrieved the package with hundreds of ants in it. (For the record, fireant bites hurt!) The last time this happened Springtime denied that the holes in the bags could have occured as a result of the pointy edges of the product. They told me to freeze them to kill the ants. I'm disappointed.

You need a direct contact information i tried many times to stop any and all orders because my dog is scratching a lot, not sure why

I’m not sure yet. My dogs eyes have green goop in them after trying this product and still has fleas on him. I’m not sure if it’s working but he seems to not feel good off it. But I also was using Quercertin with it. I’ve stopped both products right now and will slowly try it again and see how he responds

It's very hard for my dogs to eat that they don't like it at all. It's hard to get it in their stomach.

For 2 years in a row, springtime’s promos are frustrating. Luckily I like the longevity product but you must know that your promos are frustrating and suck

The box arrived completely open. Tape had failed. The box itself was in great condition. UPS managed to keep all the products inside. You need to use better tape to secure your boxes.
