Excellent packaging, healthy plant!
Plant arrived at my door upright and in good shape. No spilled soil or damaged roots. It looks like a very healthy hibiscus and I planted it immediately. We will see her blossom in July !

The ordering was easy, the selection of products was large, and when I have received products that I have ordered, they are always in great condition.

I placed an order going on 3 months ago. I got an email a couple weeks ago that they weren't shipping. Any of my items but they sent the fertilizer and charged me for it, even though they never sent me any plants that are supposed to go with it.. They have yet to refund me or do anything. Would not order from this company ever again or do any business with them. And when you call to speak to someone, it is not someone here. And all they keep telling you is, well. I will send a message well. I will send a message, so just to let you know. Customer service is not customer service.

One of the lilacs was obviously not doing well. But Springhill gave me a credit. I ordered 6 roots of another plant but got 5 - no reason given. So I'd say communication is an issue and who decides to ship what plants and in what condition is another.

Was easy to find what I was looking to purchase.

I have used Springhill in the past their plants are very hardy. They ship them in a timely manner and are always in good condition and the plants thrive. I live in Northern Indiana and I think it’s probably because we’re close to being in the same region.
