The plants usually come well packaged and healthy with instructions. I did, however have one that didn’t do well. I still planted it, as a perennial, in hopes that maybe its roots will survive.

Plant was very dry, unlike the first. No tag, and no label.

New house = new roses. Just moved into a new house and sadly had to leave my roses behind. We went on a trip to Napa and fell in love with the roses at hotel. Was so excited to find out that Spring Hill had them!! Quick shipping, super healthy and they are now planted and I already have a bud!!! So excited and back to shop for more!!!

Plant was delivered completely bug eaten and leaves yellow. The plant was pretty bare. I emailed customer service and sent photos with no response. This was a very expensive hydrangea. Won’t be ordering from this site again.

Ordered two plants in Jan 2026. Was informed that they would be shipped out forthwith. Then received email stating that the ship would be delayed. This happened repeatedly (my mistake as one of the emails asked if I wanted a refund and I thought I might as well wait for the shipment as several months had gone by and thought I would still shortly receive the plant). So I received the two azaleas in a four inch pot - one was dead. I asked for a refund of the dead azalea and was advised that this was not an option. I asked that the plant be replaced, and what happens, on back order with the plant now to be shipped in Nov or Dec 2027. Never ever order again from Spring Hill Nurseries. Should just stick with local nurseries. Shop local healthy plants. So disappointed in this company. So, if you are ever informed that the item is backordered, just ask for a refund.

Constant delays in shipping. You need to have better inventory count. Also, you sent me a plant I didn't order and was told to keep it because it might die if I tried to ship it back. Nice plant and I wonder who was waiting for it.
