I’ve been meaning to write this review for a couple of weeks now, but life gets busy with small children and a family—which is actually one of the biggest reasons I wanted to invest in rental real estate in the first place. My wife and I reached what many would consider an above-average income, yet we found ourselves paying other people to do so many of the things we no longer had time to do ourselves. At the same time, our tax liability kept growing. It was discouraging to work so hard only to feel like we weren’t getting ahead. Joining Springboard to Wealth has been a turning point. The mindset component of the program has been just as valuable as the real estate education. It has changed the way I think about wealth, investing, and building a life with more freedom and intention. One of the things I appreciate most is the support. There is always someone willing to help, and I honestly can’t remember a time when one of my questions went unanswered. Whether it’s a coach or another member, you’re never trying to figure things out alone. I’ve watched people in this community make life-changing amounts of money. I’ve also watched people make expensive mistakes. Both have been incredibly valuable because I’ve been able to learn from their experiences instead of having to learn every lesson the hard way. Finally, my local chapter has become something I genuinely look forward to. I’m grateful to be surrounded by people who are all working toward similar goals, supporting one another, and, as they say, “trudging the road to happy destiny.” If you’re willing to put in the work, stay coachable, and take action, this program provides the education, community, and accountability to help you build a better financial future.

I have been working with Springboard for about a 1.5 years and have had nothing but excellent experiences with the group of people I've met from several different chapters around the US. It is truly a family and team environment where everyone is working towards their own Real Estate journey, but constantly bringing their experiences back to share with the group. Definition of strength in numbers. I also had the privilege to meet one of the founders Thach on a personal trip with my wife to Seattle. What a genuine person. He spent half a day with us showing us his construction projects and explaining strategy. One of the kindest most energetic people I've ever met. I have been part of Springboard to Wealth since Oct 2022. Thach and Stephanie are on the coaching calls every single week. They do not miss a call. SBTW changed my life and even though it is difficult at times to invest and change your mindet, they are always there for you. The community too. When you join SBTW you are becoming a different person that requires growth, push and blind faith.

The cost of the training is high for me, but it is very valuable the knowledge of information and wisdom from the instructors as well as the other students. You also get advice from instructors as very experienced agents. I also like very much that both my wife and I can attend the trainings and classes and go through this journey together for the same course fee.

My experience since I joined springboard has been great Thach, Stephany and the whole springboard team are very knowledgeable and always make you feel welcome and part of the springboard family. They are inspiring and motivating and support you on every step of your journey to become a successful real state investor.

I’ve joined several other real estate schools and have not had anything close to the experience I’ve had at Spring Board to Wealth. Thach has taken my questions and offered several other experts who have specialized skills during their weekly calls. I love that there are 2 weekly calls at different times, one in the morning and one in the evening. I truly feel like Thach and Stephanie each have an amazing amount of knowledge and truly care about their community. I’ve met them both and felt like the really were interested in getting to know me and my situation so they could help me to make better decisions. I highly recommend Spring Board to Wealth.
