High-pressure sales process disguised as a consultation
I booked this call expecting a transparent overview of the program: what it teaches, how it works, what it costs, and whether it could fit a cautious, first-time investor. Instead, Evan spent most of the conversation interrogating my motivation, pressuring me to define arbitrary income and property targets, and repeatedly trying to bring my husband into the call after I clearly said I was leading the research and would involve him when appropriate. When I asked for basic information before being pushed toward a decision, I was told they needed a yes/no commitment before he could proceed further, and that their process could not be changed. The call ended without a real program walkthrough, pricing, or direct answers to my questions. The approach felt patronizing, manipulative, and designed to qualify prospects for a close, not to help prospective clients make an informed decision. If you value transparency, respect for your time (he wanted to go double over the 30 assigned minutes), and the ability to do due diligence before being pressured into a commitment, be cautious. Oh, and the promised free tools offered as bait- they weren't even discussed, let alone offered.
