The Springboard team is amazing, professional, and reliable! The onboarding process was seamless - they jumped right in and now I have been working with them for almost 1 year. They allow me to focus on other aspects of the business, they truly are a life saver. Our rep is wonderful and an extension of our team that we value so much and enjoy working with everyday! They are very knowledgeable and always provide an outstanding service to our customers which I am so thankful for. Highly recommend!

An AMAZING team. They really pulled through for us when we needed help managing customer support. Their response times are fast and accurate, highly recommend!

Owning multiple CPG brands and scaling them is hard enough. Managing their customer support inboxes was very time consuming. Time that should have been spent on scaling the brands. We’re so grateful to have found Jonathan and his team at Springboard who manage all our email inboxes and have done a stellar job these past 2 years. Springboard will always have a place within our business. Thank you Springboard!

From the beginning Jonathan and his team have been very professional and provided the support that I needed. They’ve always gone above and beyond. Springboard has been a part of my company for 2 years now and I truly can’t see them ever not being apart of it. They’ve saved me so much time and energy and are truly the best support solution out there!

As a startup luxury skincare company founder , I was getting behind on my creative direction due to the amount of time I was spending catering to my high end clientele. Thank God I found Jonathan and his team, since they started handling the customer service aspect , I began growing the creative direction of my company which was a cost effective plus in every aspect and clients are still coming back and are happier than ever! Five stars for their promptness, effective customer problem solving strategies and Shopify knowledge!

Since starting my e-commerce business a huge addition has been using Springboard for my customer support. We were getting bombarded with support issues on our official launch and Jonathans team handled everything in a diligent matter and super responsive. The cost savings have been very noticeable as well as they only charge per ticket! Lucky to have found this company!

Great website. Simply and effective. Highly recommended.

I was spending 3-5 hours per day on support questions when i should've been focusing more on growing my sales. Springboard gave me back that time and because of the time savings my business has grown 10X since. Thank you to the entire Springboard team! Totally worth the investment (which is still less than hiring someone internally)!
