I see gaps in operations. A lack of coordination between operations team and mentor.

I'm a big fan of Springboard. I'm a 14+ year professional, with experience teaching at universities, in-company courses and online courses and I can say that Springboard offers a great and evolving environment for Mentors and Students to grow together. Highly recommended!

Springboard is unique in their approach. Instead of a monolithic online learning experience, Springboard uses experts to curate the best available content and organize it into a coherent curriculum. Some content is public, but might be overlooked if you were just searching around. Some content is with providers who partner with Springboard. The result is a best-in-class experience. I see so many online learners ask questions "I just finished course X, what should I do now to further my learning?" Springboard takes the risk out of taking random advice and provides and end-to-end learning experience. The other unique aspect of Springboard is they pair students (which they tend to call mentees) with mentors, and mentees have a live meeting every week with their mentor. In addition, there is career guidance, student advisor support, and TAs online. So you get a mix of online, learn when you want to, with live interaction to keep you on track. Finally, Springboard's employment guarantee is the icing on the cake. Many come to Springboard looking to change careers, and Springboard offers a Data Science Career Track, A Machine Learning Engineering Career Track, and several others.

I'm pleased to be part of Springboard. I experienced a great support from the staff, great onboarding material and no friction throughout the journey to help people learn.

It's an excellent initiative by springboard to club industry data science practitioners with aspiring students so that we can share the knowledge and experience we gained while working in a business environment, this is best form of practical learning and helps students to shape up their analytical thinking and practical approach to problem solving, also i love teaching in a way so thanks to springboard for giving me this opportunity to give back to the society.
