Great customer service, fast processing of the claim.! I dont know what we would have done without this insurance. we probably wouldn't have a kitty right now. Thank you very much ! so worth it to have this insurance !

I am so.glad that I joined SPOT. After doing lots of research on many pet insurance companies, SPOT is definitely my only choice. The telephone customer service is always exceptional. My first and most recent claim I filed was completed within 2 weeks. An easy, smooth process all the way around. The insurance coverage that I got for my pup George is excellent and covers a lot. The reimbursement percentage is the highest you will find anywhere. It's definitely a wonderful piece of mind knowing that my fur baby is covered for his medical expenses. From minor procedures, to regular check-ups, to anything major. SPOT is the ONLY way to go!!
