Customer service people are excellent. Sometimes the claims process is a little tricky if you don’t have the paperwork uploaded in exactly the right place, but overall, I’m pleased I got this for my dogs.

Amazing insurance!, highly recommended. I have a French bulldog who suffered some injuries this year and Spot reimbursed 90% directly back to my bank account within a week of filing a claim!
