So far, Spot has been fast and efficient in responding to claims I filed for my dog that was just diagnosed with Inflammatory Bowel Disease. Thank you Spot! I will relay your efficiency to my many dog owner friends. Keep up the good work and please don’t disappoint and raise my policy rates now that I have filed claims for her veterinary bills.
