Service was very very fast very very easy to make a claim very very quick turnaround and really glad because the last pet insurance we had was very very slow and lighting and didn’t care about customer service. I am very impressed with this insurance and continue to use it for both of my family members.

Turnaround time to process claims was very quick! Customer service is available to answer any questions. I wish the allowances for preventative care were a little more, but overall satisfied with my coverage.

As our fur baby requires lots of medical attentions, I can tell you this is a good pet insurance to consider buying. Illness and injuries are totally unexpected when you see your pet for the first time for your breeder, etc. Vets bills are very expensive and you will see often there will be a LOT of testing before they can give proper diagnosis. Hospitalizations could wipe your solid amount of money from your bank account. Prepare yourself. One thing to keep in mind is that SPOT doesn’t allow you to increase annual coverage ceiling so make sure to have a plenty. $50 monthly payment will give you a piece of mind because if you are like us, it would break your heart if you can’t take care of your pet and make him/her feel better.
