My claim was large and honestly I didn’t know if I was going to get a lot of questions or insurance company trying to get out of paying it. But I was so pleasantly surprised that the insurance was honored as it should have been, and I got my claim settled within a few days. This was a huge relief to me and is why we have insurance in the first place. Thank you so much for your great service!

When I got my little Frenchie everyone said to get pet insurance, I chose Spot and made my first claim within days of getting Spot, no issues whatsoever. I also made a call to a one of their vets, she was super helpful and incredibly nice! Highly recommended.
