Submitting claims is easy on the Spot website. I can also review where the claim is in the process and I'm very happy with Spot. I get the coverage I need for my furry family at a reasonable price. I highly recommend.

Clear explanation of coverage and options. The app to submit claims is easy to navigate. Processing time for my first claim took a little longer than expected but my second claim was processed within 2 days.

I have had a great experience. I was very surprised by how fast my claim was processed. I would highly recommend pet insurance to my friends and family. You never know when something may happen to your fur babies. (God forbid) I love the idea of them offering preventive care for shots and dental cleaning. Spot Insurance is great. When I had questions they were great with answering them. I want to say thank you in advance.
