I can’t express what a great company this has been. Placing claims was easy and they paid super fast. Their explanation of benefits are easy to read and funds were placed directly into my checking which made it so convenient. Unfortunately my pup had an injury and cancer that ended her life in just 3 weeks. Expenses were significant but the reimbursement by Spot was quick so the financial hit was minimal and allowed us to provide her with the best care available. I highly recommend purchasing a policy with this company and if we decide to bring another fur baby into our household, I will definitely go with this company again. My dog had a bite from a neighbor dog and a recently discovered cancerous tumor and required surgery, CT scan and other testing. I was as easily able to submit the claim and monitor the progress of the claim. It was resolved quickly and I was notified and received the payment shortly thereafter.
