Response time is decent
Response time is decent. Direct deposit refund is quick after claim's completed. I don't like the drop down menu options for reason for claim. Everything doesn't fit into the options, and there is no option for 'other' to explain on the initial drop down.

I think your monthly premiums are fair. I do wish you would be a little bit more faster when pay back customers.

I was surprised to see I had to submit medical records to get a claim paid, but once I did everything went smoothly.

For first time claim files it is a bit…
For first time claim files it is a bit complicated. I called the service line and they were extremely helpful in getting my claim entered. Reimbursement for my claim was great and fast. I would suggest more help for first time claim submissions would be wonderful. Thank you for everything and to the customer service phone help with real people!

Very easy to submit for reimbursement
Very easy to submit for reimbursement. It was very comforting knowing that most of my pets bill would be covered just wish they didn’t nit pick the stuff that I was charged for.
