An excellent turnaround with claims, even without digital transmission. Honors the agreement that policy has stated without exception. There were occasional misunderstandings, which excited me but we're resolved.

So far so good! Have had Spot for almost a year and it’s been so helpful. Sometimes the app itself can be glitchy, but overall the operation of it has been good for me. I’ve also reached out to customer service and they are so helpful and knowledgeable. Really enjoy the extra care and service from Spot.
