Easy Claim Process through the App
Using the app and direct deposit makes getting reimbursed for vet visits easy! My claim was processed within a couple of business days, a breakdown of coverage was included and I got my reimbursement deposited into my checking account within a week of filing a claim online.

Claims are processed fast. Great customer service when I have questions. I have had nothing but great service so far with SPOT.

So far, so good! Our first wellness puppy visit, from filing a claim on the app to getting a direct deposit reimbursement went smoothly! Thanks, SPOT! (You must purchase the add-on wellness package for this benefit, which is available to you immediately. Illness and accident coverage has a 14-day waiting period.)
