The claim process was simplified with not a whole lot of questions. The reimbursement payment was extremely quick. Was the best claim experience I have seen ever! Don’t change anything about the claim process, but only continue getting better! Thanks.

My cat fell off our 7th floor balcony and it cost me almost $7,000! I was able to get most of it back through the policy I had chosen. The claim was simple through the app. I also was on the phone with a Spot personnel to help fill out the claim. It took less than a week for Spot to refund the money to my bank account. Thank you Spot for your great service!
