I really have loved having Spot pet insurance. Our little pup sometimes gets into things and we need to take her to urgent care. The process of submitting a claim and getting the money back has been pretty easy and always gets done in a timely manner!

Sent in the claim while I was waiting for my injured dog at the ER. Could get it done once I received my bill. Once approved, the reimbursement will be sent to my back account. Very convenient
