Previous claims were processed much faster. This first claim took over 2 weeks to process. Likely due to falling near a holiday and I’m sure processes are delayed due to changes with covid. Overall, still pleased with our service and coverage!!

I could not be any happier with how this claim was resolved. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because it was stuck in "processing" for over 2 weeks before I called to get an update and they expedited it due to the amount involved. The usual turnaround time might have been another month. But the representative was super friendly and caring. I am recommending Spot to everyone I know who owns pets!
