So far so good. I haven’t had the need to use it, thank God. I’m giving it 4 stars because I like the helpful hints and suggestions for puppies and older dogs. I hope things will run smoothly if/when I need to file a claim.

The insurance works like they say, would have given 5 stars but could not use a scanned in copy of invoice. Had to go mobile to file the claim.

I wish the claims process went a little quicker. There was a discrepancy with my first claim which held up the other claims for over a month. Also, better notification of settled claims. Otherwise, Great plan! Good customer service if you need to talk to someone.

Sounds like good coverage, but only gave 4 stars because in most cases they cover up to 80%, not entire cost, according to their policy terms and conditions.
