Spot is great! They are super fast at reviewing my pet bills/claims. I have never had any issue with getting my reimbursement. I also find their monthly rates very fair! I have been a Spot insurance holder for about 2 years.

It was simple to make a claim online for my dog, Casey. I submitted all the necessary documents from her emergency surgery and within 10 days I received a $5000 automatic deposit into my bank account. No questions asked. Very easy process!

I communicated with Spot before our sweet girl's surgery and a representative spent a lot of time explaining everything to me and how it would all work to ensure I knew exactly what to do and expect. She even recommended I submit my estimate to have it reviewed beforehand to get an expectation of reimbursement. I submitted my claim on the 18th and it was approved and direct deposited by the 30th. It was exactly as I anticipated down to the penny. I was very pleased with my experience.
