The ease of submitting a claim via the app. It takes less than 7 minutes and I like the confirmation emails showing receipt. Lastly, receiving my reimbursement checks in the mail and uploading them via my bank app makes life so much simpler. Thank you

I especially was fond of the 24/7 vet support through the mobile app. After I submitted my claim, my reimbursement came so quickly via direct deposit!
